General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in any European country by our store to individuals, legal entities, and public bodies.
Any order placed on our website necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive, and indispensable condition, the Customer's unreserved acceptance of our store's General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these terms and conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in cases where new terms and conditions are brought to their attention by our store.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public policy provisions to the contrary.
Prices
The prices published on our website are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All direct sales prices to the public include VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale. Prices shown for professionals with special rates will not include VAT.
Offers on products for sale on our website will be displayed in the Offers section or indicated on the product page and, unless otherwise stated, will be valid while they are displayed on the screen.
Payment Methods
When placing an order, customers can choose to pay for their purchases in our store by: credit/debit card, and bank transfer.
Product
The offers presented on our website are valid while stocks last. Our store reserves the right to modify the range of products depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for guidance only and do not bind the seller in any way.
Shipping Methods
1. Purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated on the order.
2. By default, orders will be saved in your account on our website, in the Order History section.
3. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, there will be no order dispatch or delivery due to transportation issues.
4. However, any delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.
5. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.
Returns and cancellations
Return of goods
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased in our store within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased, including the original packaging. No product that has been tampered with by the customer, misused, broken, etc. will be exchanged or refunded. In this case, all guarantees will be void.
If the product is in good condition but the box, plastic, or wrapping in which it is included is in poor condition, the return will not be accepted.
Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by our store through our courier service. Depending on the type of return, the shipping or collection costs will be paid by the customer.
Order cancellation
To cancel an order, you must send an email to the address indicated in the “Contact” section, indicating the order number. If the order cancellation is received before the goods are dispatched, the customer will not incur any costs. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs for that order.
If the order has been paid for, a credit note will be generated, the amount of which will be offset against future purchases made by the customer.
Warranty Policy

If, upon receipt of the goods by the carrier, you notice that any items are missing or the packaging is damaged, you must indicate this on the delivery note provided by the carrier and notify our store immediately in writing to the Customer Service after-sales department at the email address provided. It is important that returns to technical support are perfectly packaged and protected, without stickers or labels on the original product packaging. If the product arrives at our facilities with damage attributable to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. To do this, you must use the original packaging and protective materials. If you do not have them, use a sturdy box that is large enough to allow the equipment to fit snugly inside, and place sufficient protective material (bubble wrap, paper balls, foam, etc.) underneath, on top, and around it to prevent the equipment from moving inside the box. Do not forget to indicate the invoice number provided by the store on the shipping label. In the event of replacement, the replacement product may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, although it will in any case be an improved version or model, given that LED products are subject to continuous improvement in their performance.
Special conditions:
The warranty period is based on a maximum operation of 4,380 hours/year at an ambient temperature of 25°C and with 10 mm of space around the body of the LED Products, depending on the power of the product.
This warranty only covers products used for their intended purpose or “normal use” as defined below:
The operating conditions are in accordance with the information provided on the Products and their packaging.
The ambient temperature must never exceed the operating temperature range of -20°C to +30°C.
The relative humidity in the installation must never exceed 90% RH and must never exceed the IP rating of the Product, where applicable.
The products must operate in an open luminaire (and in a closed luminaire for LED tubes), with a minimum of 10 mm of space around the body of the Products.
The electrical installation in which the Product operates must not be subject to voltage fluctuations within a range exceeding 230 V +/- 10%.
In order to use and browse the websites, the User must:
